Weight Management: Prelude

The blood test result is in. After discussion with my doc, I will be taking under  cholestrol and carbohidrate reducing supplement and diets.

I need to ensure improvement in the level of Potassium, Cholesterols, and hs-CRP.

Any ideas?.
